Ohwell. Car wash turned out better than i expected..... looks like things are getting easier.
Just need to adapt and have an open mind.

Anyway, watch inception on saturday night (which rolled over to sunday morning) with linda wl royce & bern at tampines (yes yes tampines people majority all) hahaha.
mindscrewing movie but pretty damn awesome. :D
stayed over at bern's place........ garang garang all wanna watch blood pledge while playing mahjong in the end royce ends up sleeping, wl ends up screaming just listening to the sound effects, and the show was..... so unrealistic and lol.

either i'm desensitized by such horror shows after working in the museum for so long, or i was just too tired to be scared. HAHA. drank baileys and initially it was so yummy cuz it tasted like choco milk but then it wasn't strong enough for linda so she changed the proportion of it until it was like AHHHHHHH for me.

made me burrrrrrrrrrrrrrn man, burrrrrrrrrrrrrnnnn.

mahjong was good, i won!!!! can't say "for once" because i've been winning the past few times we've played! :) ahaha.
parents fetched me early in the morning around 6+ and i went home to relax awhile.... before dragging myself out of bed and my parents fetched me to holland drive.
don't regret going though, had a fun time with the group even though we all got so lethargic in the late afternoon thanks to the merciless sun >:(

left a little earlier around 5vish, went home, ate a mini dinner since my momma actually cooked, and got out of my disgusting clothes before heading over to F&C @ glasshouse to meet the flrball girls :D :D :D
awesome dinner with them, looking forward to our next outing!! :]]]

Hmmmmmmm i'm at a loss what to do later cuz there's SMUgivesback but i also have to collect starcraft2 (queueing will kill me, i know) so.... i don't know man. hopefully dadster can collect it, i reallllllyy don't wanna travel here and there, just screws up my momentum for the day. tmrw night no need to sleep already, will be chionging SC2. WHOOOOOOTSSSS!!!

I must say that i haven't had a really good impression thus far.
Am shell shocked at the going ons during uni.
Yes, perhaps we have lead such sheltered lives....
but i'm not convinced it's the real world.
Because if the real world works this way, it really isn't something very much at all.
Where are the values we're brought up with? Whatever happened to virtues?
I don't think condoning such flaws is actually part of growing up, so don't tell me i'm a kid or tell me that "i'm old enough".
Or maybe you could, because at least a kid would know, i hope, the clear difference between right and wrong, good and bad ; and not a thick grey line for inappropriateness and excuses.
When something happens, inevitably you'll see him/her in a different light no matter how hard you try not to. It's difficult...
If what i've managed to gather of uni life so far, what it entails me to, and the bulk of 'fun' is true , i'm really dreading what's to come in the future.

in anycase, i will attempt to just mind my own business and shut my mouth cos this time, i'm in the minority group (so far, i hope)
everything is so split up.
we help those in need, the elderly, the young, the disabled, but how do we help those who think they don't need it? not bother and just watch them rot away? occlude my vision to it all?
i think i got very upset with the "what's wrong with that" passing statement today.
if the past 2 days was WWII, that wld have been the fat man in japan.

maybe i'm just generally sad because of everything.
i feel like i cannot socialise with people anymore.... (in fact lunch was such an awkward affair with 10 people at MFM but awkward silence the entire time except for the "who ordered snapper? whose peach tea? whose lemon tea?"and "let's call for the bill" and the rest of the time i just tried to converse with my food and fiddle with bob the phone)

if things don't get better on saturday i'm just not gonna turn up for the rest of the events.
who cares about the hours now man, i'm just looking for the real fun. which, by the way, does not constitute games which imply other meanings and so on. even if something wrong is commonplace, do you really think it's right to be so open about it?
i know throughout the entire post i've yet to pinpoint any particular 'thing' that irks me because i myself cannot identify WHICH is the one that irritates me the most.
aiya. i hate it when i cannot say what i really need to and cannot find the words to describe it so i just keep rambling on and on.

sigh. i really miss secondary school days. they were good, really.
i will always and forever cherish those years because i sincerely doubt there will ever be anything as true as that.


ok la, i know i make things sound all so gloomy and horrendous and all that ............
and you will kill me if i say "it's really not that bad" at the end right.
no la, i won't say that. haha.

but well, i can probably qualify that there are FEW 'happy fun laughter' moments thought right now i can't really conjure up any that really made an impression.
perhaps just a polite he-he.

i'm jam packed till a week before school officially starts, that is just disgusting :(


anyway, my birthday was extremely well spent, really 24hours that made me exhausted ttm haha. awesome irreplaceable family + friends = blessed me!
i had a super memorable 19th spanned over a few days :))) and even though i didn't show it much ( i have a very unresponsive face when it comes to things that concern me ) , i'm really touched by it all and very grateful for the time and effort you guys spent on planning and carrying it out. :>

I had a good day today!
And am very happy with my nicely manicured nailz !
FEP really has so many nail shopz, spoiled for choice!
Hehehe anyway it was really cheap, and wld have been even cheaper (ok la by 2$) if i had brought my student pass.

Was super tempted to buy a RI bag but after much consideration...
ok la actually i wldnt carry it out.

Am going back to orchard soon, wanna get beading materials! And that mng pullover which i forgot to buy cuz in a rush for lesson ah!

Jap is getting more and more difficult my brains cannot take it lor.
I think it's really rotten already after shutting down for such a long tme.

Got irritating girl in class lor, she keeps reading out so loudly and so fast before anyone else even says anything, plus she always asks questions and like...it's not even things we've learnt before la. so we don't even understand. sheesh.....in the end the rest of us just slurs the phrases together because it's already been said by her and sensei just moves on assuming we're all getting it.

Anyway, tonight's my first time driving w/o my parents, like finally.
I'm quite surprised they actually agreed to it (although super reluctantly and only at the last minute they said okay again) hahahaha.
